Fit Test #3:
So the goal as always was to see improvement in each movement. Mission accomplished!

Definitely noticed the energy dipping at the end but still reached the goal. Yesterday was going to be fit test day but a long day on the road caused a schedule change. Going to try to get max interval in later today but if not I will just shift everything and workout through Sunday.
